Host Persons :-
The customer's first impression is made by the restaurant's physical appearance, the smell of outstanding food, and other factors. None, however is as important as the few moments that are spent with our hosts. For those moments you are the restaurant and represent the entire team. You'll need skills in:
•Maintaining good spirits even during demanding, busy moments.
•Coordinating seating arrangements.
•Handling special requests from customers.
•Telephone skills.
•Logistical skills and the ability to solve problems.
Bus Persons :-
The presentation of our restaurant and the availability of tables are items that make a strong impression on our customers. We depend on our bus persons to provide the backup support that our stewards need and keep the restaurant moving. We look for high-energy staff with skills in:
•Teamwork
•Helpfulness and resourcefulness
•Organization and prioritization
